Shipping policy
All orders are made to order and are shipped out in the order they were placed. Turn time is currently 2 weeks on all orders.
1. Our shop is not responsible for mail carrier delays and we can not guarantee delivery dates. Once your package leaves our hands, it is up to the mail carriers to deliver it responsibly. Refunds will not be issued for packages that are delivered late.
2. We (as well as USPS customer service) see the same exact tracking history that you see on your end - we do not have any additional information on the location of your package. Please give the tracking history some time to update. As witnessed with previous holiday seasons, the tracking history can be delayed if the mail carriers are overwhelmed.
3. Our shop is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered". If your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not there - first call your local post office. They can usually retrieve the GPS coordinates in which your package was scanned to see if it was brought to a different address. For all other lost or stolen items, please file a claim with the appropriate mail carrier on their website. Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as "Delivered".
4. Please double check your order before placing it, including the shipping address. If you would like to include a gift note, please select the appropriate option at checkout. Your gift message must be typed in the "Gift Message" box. The "Note to Seller" box will not generate a gift note with your order. Receipts are never sent with packages, regardless if it is marked as a gift or not.
5. Please do not leave important notes in the "Note to Seller" box at checkout. These notes can be easily overlooked during our busy season. If you have something important to communicate, please message us!
